I believe true growth and fulfillment come from strategic alignment and authenticity, not from endlessly doing more. That philosophy, shaped by years of personal development and professional experience, guides both my journey and the way I help others expand. You don’t need burnout to build success in your life or your business - you just need the right tools for expansion. I bring those tools forward as a Marketing Consultant and Integrative Wellness Coach.
My path has always been about blending worlds; art, business, and spirituality. I studied Marketing and Communications at Toronto’s Ted Rogers School of Business, while also teaching and performing as a contemporary dancer and working in hospitality. After graduation, I built a decade-long career leading marketing and communications teams, strategies, and campaigns for small businesses and global firms alike.
But despite the success, something was missing. That search for fulfillment led me into personal and professional development, and eventually to train as a certified yoga teacher and life coach. These experiences gave me a new lens: one where marketing isn’t just about visibility, but about authenticity, resonance, and purpose.
Today, I help small businesses build smart marketing strategies and guide professionals out of burnout and into alignment. Whether through brand strategy, content development, mentorship, or wellness workshops, my work is rooted in helping people and organizations thrive in a way that feels sustainable and real.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me at any sort of wellness class, seeing a new film, or escaping into the wilderness for a hike or camping. I believe work and life are meant to fuel each other and I bring that same balance into every project and partnership.
